What should I send for an estimate?

Send photos, rough dimensions and the material if you know it. Explain what the part does and when you need the work.

Can another contractor discuss a welding scope?

Yes. Share the drawings, access conditions, schedule and inspection requirements so Oscar can review the scope.

What if I only have a sketch or a damaged part?

A sketch or photos are enough to start. Show the whole part as well as the area that needs attention.
